Session review

Tag 3–5 hands where you were uncertain. Only hands with genuine decisions.

Solver work

Pick one tagged spot. Build it in solver. Extract one transferable principle.

Leakfinder

Pull your stats (VPIP, PFR, 3-bet %, fold to c-bet). Find the biggest outlier vs population.

Theory review

Read or watch one concept that explains your found leak. No more than 45 min.

The compound effect: One solid concept per week = 52 concepts per year. Players who study systematically for a year outperform casual players by years of experience. Quality over quantity, always.
